• Order Fulfillment:  
  Orders are lovingly packed and fulfilled Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed after Thursday, it will ship the following business day. We appreciate your understanding and patience, especially around holidays or busy seasons.

• Personal Use Only:
  Our products are curated and handcrafted for individual wellness journeys. Orders placed with the intent to resell may be canceled, as we are not a wholesale distributor at this time.

• Modifications & Cancellations:
  Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or quantities. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before 12 PM PST on the same day. After that, your order may already be in process.

• Shipping Address:
  Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. A small $7.95 reshipping fee may apply if an item is returned due to address issues.

  Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Every package is hand-checked and packed with care from our studio in LA, California.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • USPS Priority: 1–3 business days

• International Shipping:
  No international shipping at this time.

• Tracking Information:

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that transit delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions.
